On Tuesday, May 23, 2017, ProtectOurPreserve.org and NoDDC took joint action in serving a Notice of Claim to the City of Scottsdale demanding settlement in the form of action. This is an important step forward in our efforts to involve City Voters in the final decision with regard to the Desert Discovery Center (DDC).
