Gateway Trailhead. Gateway Loop Trail. Paradise Trail. 104th Street Trail Loop back to Trailhead.
Plans for a lengthy hike were thwarted by forecasts of flash floods. Nabbing a few of the Gateway trails made more sense.
Cumulonimbus cloud fortifications assembled upon desert brow. Beryl hues allied with somber; the monsoon yet meditated. Few ventured early on the groove, fewer still with smile.
